Who are we?

  1. A current environmental engineering student
  2. A waitress working in Chinese restaurant – take-out window. (Part-time)

What are we offering?

  1. A tableware combines with three functions as fork, spoon and straw together.
  2. Bio-degradable and water proof cardboard material.

 

Who are we offering it to?

  1. Restaurants including fast food take-away windows.
  2. Housewives with many kids who want to save time in doing dishes and save money.

 

Why does that person care?

  1. Our Tri-ware have three functions, they can save the money buying three other tablewares at the same time.
  2. Our materials use biodegradable cardboard which is cheap and environmentally friendly to the environment.

Our distinctive competencies

  1. One ware contains three functions.
  2. Easy to use, especially for children who just start to learn how to use tableware.
  3. Cheap.
  4. Biodegradable, environmentally friendly which can decrease the global plastic pollution which be supported by the government

Our promise to them is offering a product which has three functions as tablewares, they can save the money because they only have to buy our product rather than other three at lower price.

Our second key person is parents especially housewives with multiple children.

They care because they want to save time doing dishes.

Our promise to them is offering a product which is single use, cheap and government approved.

Our third key person

Our third key person is Environmentalists.

They care because they care about waste disposal.

Our promise to them is offering products using biodegradable cardboard materials and can decrease current global plastic pollution.

    it’s a nice combination and I trust some people may really want it, but the problem is it’s easy for others to copy that, it would be better if you can provide other functions of it or try to change a little bit.

    It is an interesting and innovative product. However, a design or picture of Tri-ware will be helpful in visualizing the product and its functionality.

    A problem to think about is when the product is used as a straw after the consumers used it for the food, how do you prevent the food or its taste from mixing with the drink.

    Another problem is about the cost structure – How would Tri-ware compete with the cheap plastic tableware from a cost standpoint. And would the product be attractive enough for restaurant or food court owners to convert to purchasing Tri-ware.
