Who are we?

We are Diagnos, a company dedicated to putting your health in your hands. We strive to give people the ability to investigate their health, on test at a time. We strive to provide at home affordable diabetes testing systems.

What are we offering?

We offer an at home, consumer grade diabetes test strip. The strips are designed to be the most affordable option for at risk consumers with limited health insurance. The strip offers peace of mind for your physical health and your wallet.

Who are we offering it to?

Our target personas are middle aged men and women who have type 2 diabetes running in their family. We focus on people without proper healthcare in the united states and globally and want to offer them a way to take the first step in diagnosing a disease that can be devastating if it goes unchecked.

Why does that person care?

Many people exhibit symptoms of disease and don’t go to the doctor because the cost is simply too high. This easy at home test can bring you a diagnosis for a fraction of the cost of an american doctor.Your health back in your hands.

Our distinctive competencies

Diagnos is a social enterprise. Unlike the rest of the medicine and pharmaceutical industry, we are not driven by profit, we are driven by the desire to do good in the world and help people. This allows us to keep costs low for vulnerable groups of people. Our product will be available on amazon and at local big box stores, unlike the competitions.

The Value

Our first key person

Our first key person is Doug, a student at the university of Calgary.

He cares because this test kit allows him an affordable option to see if he has diabetes. A disease prominent in his family, his father developed it at his age.

Our promise to him is that we will sell him a reliable way to get some peace of mind, with an accurate and affordable diabetes diagnoses.

Our second key person

Our second person is Jannet. She is a stay at home mother and her husband does not take care of himself. His job does not provide health benefits and they live in the united states.

Jannet cares because she wants to know if her husband has diabetes as he is showing symptoms but they cant afford to send him to a doctor. He also wont change his ways unless she can prove he has diabetes.

Our promise to Jannet is that we will provide affordable, easily accessible test kits for vulnerable people like her without health insurance.

Our third key person

Our third key person is Kyle, a business mogul who travels the world making deals. He has health insurance but hes never around to go to the doctor. He also doesn’t have a consistent enough schedule to book an appointment.

He cares because hes been eating crappy as hes always on the go and is concerned about his health. He is so successful because he puts work before himself and doesn’t have time in his mind to see a doctor. He finds the test in an airport kiosk.

Our promise is to provide Kyle on the go tests for his on the go lifestyle. We promise to put his health back in his hands by giving him a quick option to test if he is diabetic or not.
