ICY

A cardboard can holder for a small price

Our Idea

Who are we?

  • I am an engineer, who has a decent experience in ventures and ideation.
  • I have a good experience in designing 3D models.
  • I have some manufacturing connections in China.
  • I love drinking beer and soda, but I cannot handle how cold my hands get when I hold my drink in the outdoor.

What are we offering?

I am offering a disposable cardboard can holder called “icy”. This product is made of cardboard and plastic from the inside, where it touches the can, in order to create a thermal isolation between the hand and the can.

It is better than wrapping napkins or tissue papers, due to its resistance to wetness.

For a small price you can purchase this holder with your canned cold drink.

Who are we offering it to?

  • I am offering this product to adults who like to enjoy a cold beer outdoor in Calgary
  • Also im offering this product to non-adult who like drinking can soda or any cold canned drink outdoor.
  • This product is offered for festival goers, who like enjoying cold drinks.

Why does that person care?

  • People care about this product because they hate holding a very cold drink in the outdoor for a long time.
  • They also care because they want to enjoy their drink without bringing their own can holder with them everywhere.

Our distinctive competencies

  • I have connections in China, that can help me produce this product with the lowest price possible.
  • I have a good experience in designing 3D models using commercial softwares, such as 3D MAX.

  • This product is very cheap and disposable.

Great idea – although there are beer koozies that can be purchased and reused, incorporating this idea into the industry can be very impactful…particularly if this design could be integrated into the cardboard box that canned beverages are typically sold in! Just like a template with perforations so your product can be “popped” out.
