Looks good for the first run around, I clearly understood what you were offering, I am not quite clear on who you are as a “company” and the specicif customer/region, but I was able to understand the App and what it might provide. I does make me think about the security and how Per@ss will be accountable for the work done. Example, I need a plumber and use Per@ss, how sure am I that this plumber will provide good work and I or my wife will be safe having this person in my house?, expand this question to all the services Per@ss wants to provide. Given that this critical aspect of the service is provided, I honestly would use it.
One suggestion, we “Party On The Go!” also have something similar to your proposal, and have considered to add a star grading system with our suppliers, for example, you might have 3 plumbers on your service, allow the user/customer to assess them after the service, this will promote better service and more confidence with the user.
On a last note, same with our project, once you launch this service there will be many the will copy.
    Best of luck!!!

I think is a good idea and seems to has a future with a good administration. There are some other things “behind the scenes” to take care of like qualified labor, quotations, etc. But Good idea for the understanding of the class.

I like the logo and the idea, I believe you should add more detail about who you are to make more contact with the potential customers, also to add more detail about distinctive competencies, something that define why you are the appropriate persons to do this.
This service will require that someone that I do not know will have access to my home, I would like to hear something about high standards and evaluations to accept service providers on your app so I can feel that the person entering to my home will not take advantages on having that access.

I think it’s a great idea because nowadays no one has ever focused on that kind of service through an app. Being able to find an expert in a fast way and to guarantee the quality of the work will allow people to depend more and more on the app. The most important thing when looking for a service is quality, speed and most importantly, safety, because you let a stranger into your home.

Excellent work! I really liked the Pitch. I am not clear who are on the team, who are the people that make up and what value they give. More details about who your costumer is, I think that you could be more especific. I liked the idea and I thing we need something like that in Tijuana. Congrats!

There are a few questions after watching the pitch: How are the workers going to be certificate? Think about this: you are letting a complete strange person go inside your house… And you talked about having a database certified by te Mexican government… how are you going to make a deal with the government? Do your team has the contacts in the government? Because dealing with the government is very difficult and you didn’t talk about how your teammates are going to add value to the project using their majors and expertise. Do the people on the app is going to have the availability to work as soon as “now” as you said in the pitch? So they have to be 24/7 available? What about her/his jobs? The app just connects with people or is a platform that offers full time jobs? Also, in Tijuana the informal work and people that could do a job for less than a half price are in every corner of the city.

It’s a good idea but you guys have to work on it!

I like the idea! But it’s not very clear who is the team and which are their skills.
In “who are we offering it to?” I consider that it needs to be explore who really is your potential customer, be more specific.
In “Our distinctive competencies” I recommend to explore more, in the specialized workers that the database will contain to provide the service.

Really nice proposal. It seems to me that there are many people who do not have the knowledge, time or desire to do repair work in their homes. The only disadvantage in my opinion, is the ease with which people can access a huge mountain of information that is already available for free on the Internet and social networks. In addition, you have to focus on yours key partners in order to guarantee a professional work level and great customer service,

good improve on the pretendotype, it has a very clear idea of what Per@ss will do; I believe you should add more detail about who you are to make more contact with the people and also to add more detail about distinctive competencies; you should also think about who are you offering it to since it is not only for people who wants to hire someone, it is also for someone that wants to offer his/her service to the people.

I think is a good idea, and very practical. I have some questions? The app is free? The client will pay to the person ? Or to the company? How long time will take, between the client send the request service, to get the service?

  14. Looks really good! I would definitely use the application given the information and guarantee mentioned. Relying on certified people is always very ensuring. Only suggestion is, though I love the Logo and App name it just doesn;t echo in my head that it’s for this kind of job, you might want to think that over, if you get more comments like this.
I think you have a great proposal/idea and would like to learn even more about during the next three days in class, great job!!

Nice idea you got there, I have my doubts that in Tijuana is it possible to get immediately attention of that kind of services.

In the who you are area, I think you have to be more convincing that you got the right guys to connect with the person who are going to do the job.

The key persona maybe be more specific, in my opinion you are in the everybody is my client trap, like an example a woman who live alone and don’t know how to fix a basic problem of is house.

I really like the way you explain what you’re offering, you describe it in a simple way, but I can easily picture what’s about.
On regards of your pitch you say a phrase that we are busy people and we lack time, which I believe was a great catch phrase that a lot of people can relate to.
The detail I believe would elevate your value proposition greatly is to design your pre-persona. There is more than pre-persona out there that is really interested in your product, you just need to describe them better, make their humanness a little bit more visible.

I still think that the idea is really good, but I consider that in “who are we?” is still not clear.I
I would recommend to include testimonials of clients and their experiences with perass, maybe you can include it in your pitch.

Or how do you want to convince the client to get your service? Or maybe include another pitch for the specialized workers that you need to connect to provide the service, how do you convince them to work with you? What would you offer?

    Best luck!

I think that the core idea is a good option to improve workforce development among citizens. Having the ability to rate someones services (even though sometimes can it be a subjective rating from a difficult client) I think is a great component to this idea.

The description of the team lacks specific details about the members.

When it comes down to explaining why the person cares, you made a list of positive affirmations about yourself, without actually addressing why do I as a customer, actually care.

On the distinctive competencies, you listed a combination of competencies, and promises from your services, without nailing the point in each competency:
We will create more job opportunities through our app. – PROMISE
A better work, means a better rate to our workers. And a better rate, means more income for them.- PROMISE
There´s nothing similar on the market in Tijuana.- COMPETENCY
We will have a Database certified by CONOCER.- COMPETENCY. Alternative wording: “Nationally Certified Database System”
Users private information will be secure. – PROMISE/COMPETENCY, Alternative wording : ” Protected user information”
Good work certified, or we will give your money back.- PROMISE
